Minor v. Orange County School District: Marina High School- Personal Injury: Premises Liability, Assault & Battery + Bullying – Negligent Security: Brain Injury

A high school student is getting bullied by another student yet feels uncomfortable about complaining regarding what is going on.

On video, he is picked up, thrown down head-first, and punched in the face multiple times. The client ended up having a traumatic brain injury.

Parents would have questions regarding the schools role in this, and what the school did to make their grounds safe. This is likely also what would be calculated when determining the school’s liability.

The more parents complain about things, the pure likely things are to get done by the school district; if something happens like this to anyone, they should notify the administration and anyone who is considered to be a part of the school district’s administration.
