Rodriguez v. – Personal Injury: Car Accident- Hit & Run? Dangerous Road Conditions? Reckless Driving

Accidents may not always be crystal clear as to who is at fault—especially with intervening factors such as reckless drivers who manage to get away after creating hazardous situations on the road for other drivers.

It is crucial to report such drivers on the freeway as this may just be the difference between life and death for the unfortunate victims of reckless driving accidents.

In this case, our client, who has her trial set towards the end of this year, was hit by a car that swerved in and out of lanes before accelerating away. As a result, our client had lost control of her car and hit a wall on the freeway at approximately 40mph. This caused severe damage to our client’s back and necessitated critical care including pain-medication and surgery.
