Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from the University of San Diego, her AA in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and her graduate degree in education from the California State University of Long Beach.
The founding of Case Barnett Law is a passion project for both her and Case and she loves being able to spend time with her husband discussing strategic planning for the firm and dreaming big for the clients of Case Barnett Law.
Her compassion and deep understanding of the human condition make her a tremendous advocate for the firm’s clients. She is a fighter who also believes in human decency and respecting all people. She refuses to let others be taken advantage of by wrongdoers and is tenacious in her battle representing good against evil.
Nicole brings her past experience of owning and operating a design firm to Case Barnett Law. She can be found planning the firm's future, working on marketing, establishing operating policies, building systems (her favorite!) managing the day-to-day aspects of the firm and dreaming up new and exciting ways to provide the most amazing client service a law firm has ever seen.
Nicole also directs and oversees the financial aspects of the firm including accounting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. Each of these responsibilities she handles with a single-mindedness and determination that makes this firm excellent and make clients feel protected. She is the guiding voice of the firm.
Nicole loves world travel and has lived in both Europe and Japan. She has visited over 35 countries and enjoys nothing more than spontaneous adventure. She is a work-at-home mom who is raising two beautiful and rambunctious children.
